Roxanne Hale is a gorgeous blonde California girl. She wasn't always a Cali girl. She's originally from Texas, went to college in Massachusetts and lived in NYC for quite a while. This is where I met her. She was part of my success team. A huge part. She definitely added a sense of humor to our meetings and was always optimistic. I still remember her big, long, bright, orange winter coat. It was down filled and very puffy. She really hated East Coast winters. Roxanne is the one who turned me on to blogging. In fact, she's not only suggested that I start my own blog, but, she taught me how to go about doing just that. Ms Hale is also an accomplished musician with a very sexy, sultry voice. Tom & I hung out with her & her cool hubby Owen from time to time. We had a blast with them & their friends one Thanksgiving (See Nov. 2004 for pics). Owen loved to surf. He would brave freezing waters and hop on his board in Long Beach, NY in the dead of winter. We were not surprised when they decided to move to sunny southern Cali almost 2 years back. Owen is still surfing and Roxanne has taken up mountain biking. They bought a house, so they are definitely there to stay. And Roxanne is still making music. One of her songs was just featured in an episode of The Black Donnelly's. Tom & I listened to it tonight. It's awesome. She has the most amazing voice. Click on scene 4.
