Tom liked his surprise. He said it was the best margarita pie I've made yet. I know that people requested recipes and we are working on a recipe archive. The site is still under construction, so check back.
Tom is coming home tonight from Chicago, so I'm going to make him a surprise. It's not a family secret recipe. It one of my creations that I make for our annual Margarita Sunday. This pie is so good & perfect for summer. I have to go buy some tequila. I include a picture of the final product in my next entry.
I'm blogging for the 1st time on my own! Whoo hoo! O.k. so I'm suppose to be cooking my family's recipes & logging them into a book. But, Tom, (my man), is away on a shoot for the third time this month & here I am eating tuna out of the can (very glamorous). My grandmother would be horrified! I just hate cooking if I'm all by myself. Tom & I will be together on Saturday night, so I'm going to plan a fabulous meal. I'll let you know what it is once I decide.
