My posts have been few & far between. But, I've been thinking of all of you often. Lots & lots is going on & I am a bit overwhelmed. Most of it is good & fabulous. The cookbook is coming along. I'm working on the stories with an editor. The book now has structure and the recipes flow with the stories. My goal is to have all the stories & rewrites done within a couple of weeks. The next step is hiring a food photographer, layout & jacket designer. Woo! It never ends. Every step of this book has taken longer than expected, but, I'm not deterred.
My business, Dawn Falcone Lifestyles is also coming along. My branding is in the final stages & soon will begin working on the website. I'm gathering info, resources, experience & once everything is ready, I'll push it big time.
And I've been asked to be a part of this. It is the project of a dear friend who knows me & my work well. A great group of women are involved in this & I'm totally honored to even be considered. Our big debut is tomorrow at the annual Kip's Bay Kid's Day event. We will be raffling off a bedroom makeover by yours truly called Room To Dream. I'm a bit nervous because I just received the press release & my name is in it!!! Wish me luck.
